Approaches to Resource Management in Belize
Make the rainforest, barrier reef ecosystems, and tropical agriculture your classroom! During this program, students will examine various environments and discuss social issues related to tropical regions. Explore the beautiful country of Belize by hiking, canoeing, and snorkeling. Visit waterfalls, caves, Mayan ruins, and a baboon sanctuary. Study conservation, Mayan culture, wildlife and marine ecology throughout this unforgettable hands-on learning experience!

Students must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.0, be in good standing, and meet course prerequisites. Students who do not meet minimum GPA and course requirements should contact the Office of International Education prior to applying to determine eligibility. As part of the application process, each students' disciplinary file will be reviewed and taken into consideration.
