Society and Culture in Greece and Croatia
This course will use class and small group discussions in addition to selected readings, research, daily excursions and guest speakers to explore issues related to education, society, and culture in modern Greece and Croatia. Students will be challenged to step outside of their comfort zones and engage in a learning experience in which they will develop new understandings of patience, tolerance, communication and problem solving among numerous other essential 21st Century skills.

Students must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.0, be in good standing, and meet course prerequisites. Students who do not meet minimum GPA and course requirements should contact the Office of International Education prior to applying to determine eligibility. As part of the application process, each students' disciplinary file will be reviewed and taken into consideration.
